Stampin' Up Party
I am finally caught up on my posts! I had a Stampin' Up Party on Tuesday night and had an extraordinary turn out! 13 people came - thanks everyone who came and ordered! We made a really cute birthday card and a little Easter candy holder. I can't wait to get all the fun stuff I ordered!

Klondike Days
This past weekend Jeremy, Maple and I made the trip to Merrill to visit my dad and Marsha and I also got to see Alyssa and Bryson on Sunday!
We went home for this event called Klondike Days that is held in Eagle River, WI. Klondike Days includes lumberjacks shows, a craft fair, art fair and winter festival. There are booths all over that portray the turn of the century, there are different booths with dogs, horses, guns, food anything you could think of! We watched some really neat chainsaw carving and my dad and Marsha got us a really cute wood carved raccoon who has now found a home in our basement :) We watched some lumberjack competitions and horse pulling.
After doing that on Saturday we went out to dinner at this really neat home town place in St. Germain. My steak was amazing!
Here are a few pictures from the day.

Chula Vista
A couple of weekends ago we met my mom and Matthew in the dells for a weekend at the Chula Vista Resort! My had gotten a free night from the last night we went and we got an AMAZING room. It was more like a condo. Full kitchen, two full bedrooms, living room and hot tub. The whole she-bang! Since I was still a little sick at the time my mom and I basically hung out in the room the whole time and watched the Olympics. Jeremy and Matthew did some swimming and spent some time in the game room of course!
Grilling in the Winter!
So I'm very far behind on posting considering this post is about Superbowl Sunday! Jeremy and I just hung low the night of the Superbowl partially because I started getting sick and I am honestly STILL getting over it (3 weeks later).
We didn't do anything exciting but since it was winter and we grilled out I had to take a picture - I belive it was snowing too because we got over 10 inches over the following 2-3 days.

Wow do I love new appliances!!!
So we made our first big appliance purchase and bought a new front load washer and dryer! How nice it is to have a washer that doesn't leak and a dryer that doesn't take FOREVER to dry our clothes! They were delivered last Wednesday, so we've had them for a week now!

Good bye old washer and dryer!

Hello new :) I actually enjoy doing laundry now...except putting the clothes away, I still don't like that!
Next appliance will be a new dishwasher...hopefully soon because ours doesn't get silverware clean and I'm getting a little sick of washing those by hand!!! I guess that's what you get when you buy a home with used appliances :-P
